this book is a good read from the perspective of knowing life better. to know about not fearing death, the impermanence of life, courage, the vision of life, living in the present, uplifting, how to avoid regrets, and living life fully satisfied.

It's all in simple language, and easy to understand. initially, I had a bit not feeling so good talking about mortality, but when you keep on reading, the perspective of the author is very clear and you 100% agree on that.

a good read. you can make a list of tasks and how you want to live on the way to improving your quality of life with mindfulness.
